Comments:
I christened my new pair of beautiful, blue Asics DS trainers today, the very same kind of shoes I used during the summer. It was like shaking hands with an old friend after those problematic, calf-hurting GT-2000s. A couple weeks ago I also realized that I have been doing prone planks the wrong way for quite a while now. So today I jumped back down to one-minute intervals and 10 leg lifts.
