Island Park + Hendricks/PRE w/Matt

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 30s, a bit damp but not rain

Comments:
Did some PT studying with a colleague at the clinic for 2hrs, then worked with one of Matt's bball kids who has an ACL repair. After that, Matt and I ran from his house in SPFD. Ran two miles easyish with the dog, then another 8 solid.

Felt tired from the track session, and even more tired trying to match Matt's excellent (>180) turnover, but I did. We sped it up to maybe 6:30s in the end but it was TOUGH.

Matt's really getting fit and efficient. He's got good trunk and pelvic mobility, it was impressive! Very cool.

Back felt good all day, which means I've been doing the right things, form-wise, in the past two days.

Realized that I'm gonna have to keep the mileage limited - as well as top-end intensity - in order to master this efficiency...
