Weather: Kinda sticky, but not too bad
Comments:
First run in 9 days, after travel and being sick for a few days. Very rough, as expected. Still pushed through 5 miles with 5.6 %-mile incline at a reasonable pace. Another .7 %-mile during cooldown walk.
