Comments:
Utterly shameful--my second worst day of training ever (see July 16, 2012 for the worst). I picked out a very steep hill in my neighborhood and proceeded to make every mistake I could've possibly made--ate too much beforehand, didn't wait long enough, told my brother not to call out splits, ran incredibly inconsistently. I even did a longer cool down half way through which DID NOTHING. I'm not sure how far each interval was. I finished the d
ay with three sets of 20 pushups, super-people and back bridge lifts, the first of which I fear is doing more harm than good at this point.
