Comments:
Went back to Case today to take Ben to the airport, then caught onto a group run that was happening at 4. Nice group, was able to find a nice group going 7. Dece pace I'd say not too bad. Felt good. Probably my last run there in awhile.
Essentials: Dynamic flexibility, Static 1, L7x3, #coreoclock, hips, single leg squats, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit
