Went here with my dad today to do my quarter workout. Warmed up with him which was nice.
So the Fitness Center has a 190 meter (in the outside lane) track, so I did the quarters on that. Kinda had to move around people, and the 400m is not exact but I'm pretty close I think. Efforts felt similar to what I have been doing at Veale.
While also working out I saw 2 people who required bottled oxygen, and several zumba classes. This was prime time for retirees and stay at home moms.
Also wore my Calvin shirt that I got at Calvin junior year... mistake! Several people asked me about Calvin college. I should wear Case stuff there from now on.
Saw several friends from high school though. That was dece.
Splits: 59.85, 62.60, 61.94, 60.96 (erattic splits because I moved the starting line back after the first one and then had to go around people, hopefully Friday will be better)
Essentials: Dynamic flexibility, Static 2, L7x3, roll, pullups and dips, #coreoclock (part there part home), hips, single leg squats, morning and evening circuit
