Comments:
Got up kinda late and then hit my workout. Did a standard loop of old routes and ended up at the fitness center for the essentials I need equipment for. Saw some more old friends from high school today but did not make the mistake of wearing a different college shirt today. I messed something up with my watch so there's no time but otherwise pretty solid run.
Essentials: pullups and dips, #coreoclock, static 3, L7x3, roll, hips, single leg squats, morning and evening circuit
