Community Corners

Exercise Type: Run

Didnt really have time to run this morning since we had to check out at 11, so I held off till night time. Walked all around Mac with Pa while Max was finishing up his last exam. Then we drove home, legs were getting tight. Right after we got back I headed over to the track and did a little run down to Community Corners and back, also added a little loop around the vet school at the end. It was really dark, so I started out slow again, but picked it up a lot on the way back and ended quickly. Felt great at that point. Didnt feel taxed respieratorialy, but limited by my leg movement, something I really need to work on and feel confident with. I already knew that though.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, hips, roll, abs

Drove home then stretched. Havnt had many opportunities to get mobility in, get it this weekend. Also got to up the mileage, now I can run during the day, traveling the past few days messed everything up.
