Comments:
Ran this workout after talking to my high school coach for like 4 hours. Solid convo.
I think it was hotter in the cardio room at the fitness center because it felt rougher to me this time than last week. I also had to poop some which could have contributed to it. Not as awkward as I anticipated. The tredmill isn't that loud.
Same workout as last week. Did a lot of essentials after I got home because I was really hungry.
Essentials: pullups and dips, #coreoclock, Static 2, L7x3, hips, single leg squats, morning and evening circuit.
