To cornell track and back

Ran down to the track and back a classic route. It was snowing out this morning, and it looked like it actually might stick, but still it was the wimpiest snow I have seen in a while... Down on campus there was no snow at all just a light sprinkle in the air. Started out slow feeling heavy and stiff, but got into it and felt a little better at the end, still feeling slow though. Working into this season smart... Hills felt good too and legs were fine besides some random tightness here and there.

Essentials: Short HM, stretch, L7, roll

No chance to get to hurdles this week, and I want to keep my hips loose, so I did some of the dynamic flexibility and just some random stretching out. Then stretched out nicely. Walkthroughs once a week would be doable and ideal, get me ready for return to campus.
