Comments:
My friends wanted me to pace him for the first 800 of a 1200. Went out in 2:12 just as we planned. I couldn't hold on to him on the last lap. He finished in 3:15 and I ran 3:21. My hold body just tightend up. Guess thats what happens when you don't do speed in a while. Good to be out on the track again.
