Comments:
Weather toned down today, good day for a long run. Went on the classic snyderhill loop from home. Sun was out most of the time, no wind, and the slow is slowly disappearing before Jesus' Birthday Celebration, which I think is in a few days... Anyways run was good slow start (up Quarry) but worked into it. Had a few muscle spasms in my lower legs but overall felt good by the end. Still slow pace though.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hips, abs

Good stretch out worked everything. Back still a little sore here and there. Gonna get down to the high school tomorrow to get on the hurdles.
