Cass Park + HM

Comments:
Nice mid day run down at the high school. Did the cass park loop all the way out to the dog park and back. The whole waterfront is so developed now. Back in high school we had to bushwhack through all that shit, and now it a nice and paved path. Cool. Started out really slow, but picked it up on the way back feeling better. It was pretty cold today too, but no snow...

Over to the track after for hurdle mobility. Its been at least a week... Anyways they decided to lock up the hurdles this time, so I had to do some dismantling to get one out, which was enough. Did all the dynamic flexibility warm ups, but the walk throughs were a little short since I only had one hurdle, still did 10 each side. Felt pretty good, but took some time to get used to the old hurdle. Felt very relaxed, natural, and locked in.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankle walks

Stuck around at the track and did essentials. Feeling good hips not to sore after not doing flexibility last week. It was getting super cold sitting around on the field though so I got out of there quick.
