Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran from Fernow cause Pa wanted to run home and I wanted to go run early today. Went down Giles onto the bike path a little then up Stewart all the way to Thurston then back around. Wasnt as long as I thought it was... Legs tired today, made the hills tough. Leg hang later perhaps. I have been feeling kinda sore because my "bed/couch" isnt all that comfortable. Drove home after doing a few striders, which felt great. Pretty windy and cold out today though.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Pretty light essentials. Stretch out back and do a leg hang this afternoon before we go out to dinner and a movie lol.
