Comments:
ran around the grass areas as usual...did a fartlek of 6x(1:30 on 2:00 off)...ended up being about a quarter mile for each time interval so alternating 6:00 pace and 8:00 min pace for 3 miles basically. it felt really easy, just trying to throw something different in. ran at a decent clip both before and after the fartlek...faster than i have the past couple days.
still can't find a hill in this town...everything has been on flat fields...it'll be difficult to adjust when i get home.
