December 24, 2012 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 15, snowy -> sun
Comments:
BP drove from MN to mom's house for this run, which was cool. Ran in light snow pack nearly the whole time, about 66% trail or more. First, up to my famed Hoffman Park route - which is a 1-mile flat trail loop atop a 200' "butte" in town. From there, we ran down and south to the trail network along the Kinnikinnic River - one of my favorite old routes. Great single track, packed pretty good by hikers and the odd snow mtn biker. Did a double loop of that ("Deuce Lutz"), then rolled back.
Very easy effort. My form was crappy, I think - maybe a bit too flexed in the pelvis...
