Spencer Trails + 3 quarters + HM

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A big storm is rolling in today so I ran this morning. DOwn to the high school, was planning on spencer trails, but didnt think I wanted to go that far. Just started running, then without thinking I was at the factory so I continued on the trail. Started out kinda slow, but coming back spencer and cayuga I felt a lot quicker. Good run overall, even if it was pretty cold out. No snow yet though.

Got into the quarters on the track when I got back. Im guessing the snow is gonna cover up the lanes, so I fit them in today. Felt ok, strained to keep pace on most of them. Bumped up to 3, but not a problem since I had a lot of rest. When my legs felt good, my upper body felt whack, and when I felt strong up top, my lecgs were smacking the track... Kinda weird. Splits were:

68 and 70 and 68

Also fit in some HM today, again cause of the storm and traveling. By that time, it was fucking freezing out. It was unhealthy how cold my hands were I couldnt feel anything. Kinda put me in a negative mood, but still did most of it, just no walkovers or overunders since its tough w/ one hurdle. Just did walkthroughs 10 each side. As soon as I was done I ran back to the car and cranked the heat on.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, back

Essentials at home since it was so cold and I shouldnt really be out there stretching my muscles. GOod stretch at home though back is the only thing thats sore. Looking for the long run tomorrow in the blizzard!
