UWRF Track session w/Billy

Weather: 15-20F; 72F indoors :)

Comments:
Dragged Billy out of bed to help me out with this workout. Drove to Knowles Center - the indoor track facility on the UW-River Falls campus. I was so excited! We ran 2.5 miles outside, then got inside for 400m repeats.

Billy led the first lap, then I did the 2nd solo. He sat out the 6th rep.

Felt GOOD. The stride was mostly efficient, but the video showed that, at times, I wasn't "opening" the pelvis 100% on the R. I also saw some trunk L on the 2nd lap, which sucked. Oh well...a work in progress. Overall it was good.

Did 2.5 solo outside.

Ran the indoor stuff in my old Nike Zoom XCs. Fun.
