12 * 200m hill w/downhill recovery, was sharing the hill this morning with three older ladies, happy with this workout, splits: 1:40(40), 1:44(41), 1:46(42), 1:47(41), 1:45(42), 1:48(41), 1:48(40), 1:51(41), 1:51(42), 1:52(42), 1:52(42?), 1:49(41?).

Terry Hershey Park: dike to Eldridge, Apartment Passed the same group of ladies on the cooldown, stretch, minute planks & pushups.
