Comments:
I did a semi-hill workout way too soon after eating Chipotle. I ran around at a steady pace at the beginning, pushed one long hill, ran over to this cul de sac area, did a few short pickups there and stopped at a soccer field for four, glorified striders. It mostly felt fine, I did crunches and pushups. I still don't feel in shape.
