mile repeats! T pace is 6:48, so I'm happy with my times, especially since I was sore from kick boxing the day before.

ran on the Glenelg Country School track (ahh such a nice track)

did only 3 because of soreness. I always run warm up too fast when I run by myself.

but warmup and cooldown were runs to and from my house and the track.
