Back was sore this afternoon - I'm FAIRLY certain it was work. Again. Annoying! "I'm STABILIZING..." but this is a year in the making and I guess I have to be patient and vigilant.

Workout tonight was me, Cliff and his friend Matt (from HS - who he hadn't run with in 21 years! crazy).

Cliff wanted to do a long/slow ladder, but I did tempo yesterday so I convinced them to do faster 300m repeats, x8. Did a walk/jog (1:20-1:45) rest:

Felt VERY comfortable. Focused on: OPENING the R pelvis, quick turnover and trunk neutral. Felt SUPER-SMOOTH! "Normal" breathing pattern, which was impressive for this pace. Honestly could've done another 8 in that mid-50s range. Cool.

Back felt fine. A bit sore afterward/at night.
