Comments:
Before going out on my run, I made a new training plan for the spring, so hopefully im back in it so to speak. I need to give closure to xc and log nationals I realized, so I'll do that today, or in the next several days I think. But here we go again!

Goals:

1) Compete at the level of a national caliber runner.

2) Become satisfies with what I accomplish

3) Compete against & beat a national qualifier and/or All-American (Chris Kelly doesn't count, does I've done that already hehe :))

I felt fantastic on this run until more towards the end. And came back a bit faster than I went out. Good day.
