Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran right after dentist appointment. I started at campus with the intention of ending at Barton to do hurdles. Ran down through Giles then came out over foot bridge and back up to campus. I guess I was going slow on the trails since the footing was uneven, but still felt quick on the roads. Lots of hills in the later part as well which slowed me down. Still strong. Good practice to feel confident on the uneven snow in the trails. At Barton, the Cornell track team was setting up for a meet tomorrow, so Emilie and I had to scrap HM. Try again later I guess. Ran another mile around back up to Wing, then drove home.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, abs, ankle stretch

Did the first part of dynamic flexibility up to walk overs, but obviously I could not do those. Then stretched out. All this snow makes it tough to do 400s as well. Still got time Im excited to get back to training with the team and getting everyone pumped up with training and competing and performing.
