Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solo run from Cornell track. There was a huge indoor meet at Barton so I swong by there because there were a ton of high school kids running around. Ended up cruzing downtown down University, ran along Linn and the high school, then up Remington. Got my hills in today. Felt good starting out down the hill, toes got a little sore down there. Not as bad as yesterday though. Started feeling tired on the way back up. Sunset to Cayuga Heights to Thurston then cut through the quads back past Barton and up to the track.Tried to push it in, even though I was feeling tired. Overall a good run weather was fine, it is heating up. Better than yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Simple essentials. Stretched out toes and foot too feeling better. Excited to get ice baths in again once workouts start. I just remembered that coach mentioned something about steady states, but then never followed up... I dont think its critical now for me and my game plan, but I dont feel like I have much sustained speed right now. Also I have been having flashbacks about running out on NP and Warrensville and Meadowbrook... I miss it. Also have been having random flashbacks about running on the RFT and Whitney and the Stadium Loop... I miss those too.
