Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after Lunch from cornell. It wasnt too cold out today so fairly nice weather. Started out down to Giles and then over to the south hill rec way. Thought it would be a nice place to fit in a long run. It didnt occur to me at all that there would be snow on the path though, so I was kinda surprised when I got there. Ran all the way out to Burns and back, so got in about 5 miles of straight snow running. Real tough, sliding around a fair amount. Good strength building though. Made my toes kinda sore and I was very tired at the end... Also, got a big stomach cramp around 60 mins which hurt, idk why. Kinda ran through it. Ran up Stewart then around the Arts quad before heading back to the car. Slowed down a lot in the last few miles cause of the cramp and I was very tired. Still a good long run overall. This was a very very tough run. The time reflects that.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hips
Legs were cramping up at the end, knee getting tight, but I stretched it out fine at home while watching the end of the Colts Ravens game.
