Getting back into the routine. I noticed that Tuesdays are gonna be a crunch again this semester, so it probably going to be my off day again. Biked downstairs. Got to catch up on the BCS game which I didnt watch yesterday. Boring, and legs didnt feel all that strained. Ok I guess.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, ankle walks, roll
Good stretch out though. Feet were cold downstairs, and my toes are kinda sore today. See how it feels as practice starts
