SEHS "Track Hunt"

Weather: 40s, nice!

Comments:
Meghan had a track session scheduled, so we ran to the track - all EIGHT of us! - to do repeat 8s.

Her pace was 6:00/mile, so she graciously allowed me to bust open the 2nd lap. 800s, with 400 lap jog:

Felt "SUPS AWES!". Worked on compact, quick turnover, "OPENING" the pelvis - which I did NOT do on Sunday, which is why my back's been sore(!) - and staying forward. Felt GREAT. Had "relaxed breathing" 'til the last one. :)

Feeling SO GOOD to get some speed gear back!
