Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
From the house with Chris Phil Ethan and Brando. It was really rainy out today, but the temp was good. Busted out my "new" running jacket. Kept me very dry, but I sweated a lot in it. Out to Courtland and back going by Roxboro since NP was really muddy. The snow is just slush now and there is a ton of mud and puddles very sloppy. Still up beat most of the time. Toes kinda sore not too bad. I need to start icing. Good to run with people made it a lot easier.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Light stretch back at the house. Getting updates in the next few day about workouts. Might go down to the track to do the 400s tomorrow though.
