8:15 AM. Sleep: 8.5 hr. Really muggy today, saw few others shaking it out before the race tomorrow, saw Coach Kerley and he wished me luck tomorrow, stretch, crunches & pushups. Goals are (in order of difficulty): 1) Quality for Boston, 2) Beat my time from Cleveland 2012, 3) PR, 4) Beat Ester's PR, and 5) Break 2:30.
