Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
For the first time in ages, I embarked with the sincere purpose of going on a 40 minute run-- O, how I failed. I wanted the pace to be respectable (7:00, 7:15), but before I was halfway through it had slowed to a crawl. Furthermore, I got hopelessly lost trying to explore new territory, and it was not until I had reached the Marriot at Rosslyn that I had my bearings. Throughout most of the run I could not seem to get my breathing under control nor could I establish a rhythm. So, that's that. On the bright side of things, my hamstring didn't bother me in the slightest, and I stretched well, remembering to do some pushups, supermen and leg lifts too.
