Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
caves 12, plus a bit more. saw coach running down god's hill as i was running up. it was beautiful outside. felt really tired today, but it was a recovery run so i'm not too worried. just trying to put the mileage in right now and feel good when i run. i need to be better at stretching after i run though, i haven't been doing that the last few days and it is probably why my legs haven't been feeling great.
