Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50 degree range, sunny, with a light breeze =)

Comments:
Woke up at 7:30, threw on some shorts and shoes, and hit the road. The first two miles we extremely slow, or so it felt. After, the two mile mark i woke up and the pace was some where around seven minute miles.

I didn't bring a watch today. The pace wasn't very important to me, just wanted to get out the door.

Got home, stretched, showered, and barely made it to church on time.
