Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I decided that hurdles are probes better than biking for 30 mins so I'm gonna do them on Tuesdays. Its still going to be an easy day I am guessing. Ran to north side and back with Abdullah to get in the quick warmup. Felt pretty good the sun was coming out. Toes not too bad. They aren't feeling too good afterward though. Really just a quick simple jog.
Hurdle mobility afterwards. No walkthroughs since I don't have a ton of time, but In the future if I am efficient I can finish. Didn't feel great there since I haven't done it in a while hip kinda sore afterward too. But we getting back in it. Get a more concrete schedule down in a bit.
Essentials: stretch, L7, roll
Quick essentials with MJ and Abdullah after hurdles. Those felt pretty good. Kinda rushed to get to first class of the semester though!!
