Comments:
We did a track workout at Wilson today. This was rather unusual. As you can see below, 6x300 with one minute of recovery between each one. I had stretched my hamstring very aggressively before practice and while we were waiting for Anthony to arrive, so it didn't bother me in the workout, about which I feel rather indifferent. It had to be done, some moments felt good others tiring. Jason Campbell proved to be quite motivating during some of the intervals and gave some of us a lecture at the beginning of practice about how lacrosse is a terrible sport. I barely even remember my splits.
