Comments:
Turned into more of an interval workout - 800m fast followed by 800m jogging. 8.8mph, 9.0mph, 9.2mph and 9.4mph on the 800m segments with 1/2 mile at 7.5mph in between. Felt pretty good throughout - having a few aches and pains here and there but I think that's just my body readjusting to regular mileage.
