Exercise Type: Run
Weather: sunny, but cold
Comments:
Slow, easy, sluggish in-town run. Ran in the old NBs...for the last time. They're toast! My feet felt really sore, making for a long-long run.
I should've kept this run entirely flat after Friday's hard and Saturday's hills - but made the mistake of going into the south hills. Rough. Stride came together pretty good on the flats, though.
Ran into a friend who I helped with an injury a couple months ago. Was reminded of an important cue: "fall forward on a flexed knee"!
I've still been overstriding on my L Leg - being too extended in my L knee. Thought about this all run, and I felt more compact. But...the feet were trashed, in general, from the dead shoes.
