Comments:
First speed workout of the season. Wasn't particularly fast today, but then again, I haven't really done anything speedy in a long time, so I don't feel too bad about it. If anything, good motivation for the rest of the season to perform well. For the intervals themselves, I felt pretty good, no hurting/pain beyond what could be expected. Did a downstairs lift at the end, and now I'm unbelievably sore. It's a good hurt though.
