Comments:
My hamstrings had been whipped by the speed work yesterday and even though they hurt at the beginning, they finally warmed up. I stretched them aggressively after planks and, upon speaking to Anthony, about the explanation for their unusual discontentedness, as well as the approval of adding more diurnally consistent, higher mileage they almost felt normal.
