Comments:
OK noon run, tired. Had a pretty good morning at work, then a longer lunch, which was a godsend. With no bosses around (and having worked 1.5hr unpaid on Monday), I went longer.

Felt so-so. My L outer toes were SORE: from Friday, then Sunday's dead-shoe run, then Tuesday's downhill pounder in too-small Rogue Fly's. Other than that, it was OK. A little gut-rot. I took an allergy med in the AM to stave off any "malaise", but I guess it didn't work 100%.

Just feeling DOWN...or more accurately, ups and downs. Monday sucked, Tuesday (with a good hunt) was good, today...rough, though the afternoon and evening were OK. The "King energy" is quite low. The warrior energy not much better. I'm hoping a trip to Ashland to hang out with some "Cougs" (the trophy kind) this weekend, then back to home for the high schooler "Winter Retreat" will help. I hope.
