No lab this week so I ran at 4:00 from Veale. Ben B and Gabe were heading out as well so I got a running buddy. Went down and put biofreeze on my toes again before we left. Benny D wanted to join us but had to get ready, so we ran on Van Horn for half a mile while he got ready. It was pretty nice out today. Went up to eastside since the freshmen dont get up there much. Good pack running kept the pace the whole time and didnt feel to fatigued. Toes were good too. Only had to stop to pee at Coventry. Benny D and I added on around campus when we got back so I could make it 7.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, shins&calves, abs

Good stretch out while chatting with John Frey and Mike P about grad and med schools. Good sto stretch out after yesterday, where my legs felt beat up from the first hard workout. Shoulders were sore as well from the lift yesterday. IT a little tight after but overall feeling good. Toes are sores when walking around campus.
