Comments:
Afternoon run waited around for a bunch of people. Wanted to get in some good mileage today cause I should be at 50 a week now. Went up to NP and ended up just going further with Dong around Eaton. Good pace and felt pretty good. Aaron and David picked it up and dropped us so we werent going at a quicker pace. Paul caught us at Coventry. On the way back my toes got really sore and the bottom of my foot started to bother me. Ouch (felt sore walking home too).

Essentials: Stretch, hurdle walkthroughs, L7, roll, abs, ice

Started to stretch when I got back, and then wandered over to get some hurdle walks in. Didnt do the full HM, but still was good. Hopefully once schedule gets worked out more we can get a concrete time to do it. I am starting to get excited for the steeple. I think a few indoor races will get me more pumped up to. With Grad school in my mind and the season just getting started, it is hard to focus on racing. I know I love it though and I want one more go at it. I need one more go at it. I am confident it will come and ill be ready to bring my a game. This is good though cause I started too fast last year and that blew up bad.

Finished up Essentials and abs then iced my toes a little. I think I want the pad since they are starting to get sore at the end of runs. Biofreeze and heating helps though.

Eaton from Veale is a bit more than 8, but I rounded up a few days ago. Pace was faster.
