Comments:
Hills in the cemetery today. As with last time, I did the Miler workout, which was 8x200 of hills, and 1 mile tempo at the end. I was able to mostly keep up with the main pack for the 200s, even if I was near the back. Then came to mile tempo, which we did at the outdoor track. I didn't got as fast as I could have I think, but I still managed to go sub 6 after being thoroughly worn out by the hills. All in all, pretty good workout. I absolutely have a long ways to go this season, but it looks like I'm at a decent starting point.
