Everyone went down to lift ater workout. Austin and I couldnt accomplish much on our legs, so we switched it out with a 300 workout from last year, just to get something in. It was pretty good actually. I felt like I got in a solid lift. Getting stronger.

3 sets of:
Incline DB press
Pull ups
Front shoulder DB raises
Skull crushers
DB Bicep curls
