Perry workout. 4X300, breathe every 3rd stroke, pulled; 4:39, 4:37, 4:37, 4:38. Didn't time the 3X200, breathe every 5th, then 2X100 breathe every 7th, about 1:35s. Skipped kick set, ran out of time after the 600 yard pull.
