Ran the 800 workout since that's what I wanted to run this weekend.

4x200 @ 800 race pace w/ 100m walk/jog recovery (about 2 minutes)
4x1000 @goal 3:20-3:00 w/ about 3 minutes recovery
4x200 @ 800 race pace w/ 100m walk/jog recovery (about 2 minutes)

Just Abdallah, Dong, Perisa and me in the group today, so I was off the back on most of these. Coach said not to overrun myself and I feel like I did a decent job doing that and being consistent. Was pretty far off the back on the second set of 2's but I'm not quite that fast. Gave a good effort, worked on turnover and form and the last set was over faster than I expected.
