Who knew running up BK six times could be such a confidence booster? As Zeke said, this was a momentous occasion; for the first time since August 2011, I had a workout where I was fully, truly WITH THE GROUP. What an inspiring day. Others ran brilliantly and with much courage. I even received TWO pats on the back from none other than Sam Boardman. But I guess it all means nothing until I run a passable race.
