Not a day off.


Ultrasound and tape on the achilles, then ran the 800 workout, which went poorly. 4x split 600 (200, 1min rest, 400) three minutes rest between sets. Last two were by myself which is not real fun. Mile cooldown with Ben and Gabe then MJ.

Splits were (33,68;32,71;34,71;34,74)
