Today was the long awaited cookie-run. Out of all the training that the GDS team does, I'd say this rigorous workout truly defines the program's work ethic and attitude towards the sport. This intense day is nearly impossible to log. Anthony never told us the distance or the time, we just had to keep running at an alarming pace for as long as we could--sometimes sprinting, sometimes giving a tempo effort and other times running race-pace. All I recall was a gasping, half mile cooldown.
