Eastside Crossover + mile at Veale + HM

Comments:
Ran with Phil after doin work in the lab today. A lot of people went out right before us, but I had to get ready so it took a while. Went up on a classic Eastside Crossover. It was really snowy had to go on the roads the whole time. Slipping and sliding, but it felt good. Legs were all fine. havnt gone fast in a while though. Meeting was starting when we got back so I fit in a mile quickly with Dong and Sonny. Lol. I am excited to see how the meets run in the new era of Case Track (Even if I wont be there...)

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, pushups, Ice

I actually stretched before HM while the meeting was going on. What ever. Then I busted out the hurdles and did HM up to walk overs again. TO be honest, wasnt that locked in today. I think I am going to get more into it when I get back into workouts and racing. Still felt good for the most part in the flexibility department. Crushed the pushups after too that was extremely tough. I did them all with out putting my legs down...

Ankle kinda sore at the end of the day but it was a good run overall.
